i ate so much stuff the last months so i gained "some" weight ( from 49 to 55.... Oh my fucking GOD!! ) + what is a No-Go when you want to loose weight ; i quitted my job so i am not walking and moving so much anymore...
Now i want to start jogging ( even if it's fucking cold outside ) and yoga.
i started my diet last week but it wasn't that efficient.
My mother said to me that when i eat a spoon full of apple-vinegar in the morning, i will loose weight even when i eat normal.
i always were super thin so it scares me to death that my scale says i am on my way to get fat.
my friends say i a not fat or something but i don't feel comfortable anymore :S
Any diet tips?
